From Awareness to Action to Results: The Business Case for Diversity

Anthony “Tony” Anderson is the Vice Chair and Midwest Area Managing Partner of Ernst & Young, a global leader in professional services with worldwide annual revenues of $16.9 billion. In this segment he talks about the importance of maintaining an active and effective long-term diversity policy as a way to make better use of business opportunities in the midst of an economic crisis.

A 30-year veteran of Ernst & Young, Mr. Anderson is based in the firm’s Chicago office, where he serves as the Senior Advisory partner on several clients, including Aon, McDonald’s, Whirlpool, and Target.
