There is a lot I could say about this video, which – as simplistic as it is – nails many hard truths right on the head. Instead I’ll simply ask you to ask yourself:
- Is our company more like the Land of Penguins or the Land of Opportunity?
- Are key competitors winning over valued employees because – instead of honoring their work – we demand they put on a “penguin coat” before receiving the opportunities and recognition they deserve?
- What am I – personally – doing to help our organization stronger in a changing global market by being more like the Land of Opportunity?
