Diversity Training is (also) an emotional process – both for the participants as well as for the trainers. That is why we always work together as a trainer team during key training events.
Within this context, two trainers are in a better position to provide –
* differing but complimentary viewpoints
* more intense facilitation and stronger support for the participants
* an effective counter-balance to resistance within the group
* stabilization of the trainer’s role within the group dynamics of the process
