Uncaged Birds™ is a collection of confidence- and skill-building programs created especially for women of African descent living and working in Europe. Its individual coaching and training programs, retreats and topical forums have been created to address the specific needs of a group of people just like you – women committed to succeeding personally and/or professionally, despite the added challenge of living and doing business in a culture still not used to seeing people of color in a positive, non-stereotypical light.
Let’s be our own rôle models!
As women of color in Europe, rôle models who look like us are often few and far between. That is just one reason some women of African descent are looking for more support, encouragement and motivation from a neutral sparring partner who knows exactly what they are going through while also benefiting from the feedback and insight of their peers.
